Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - Otabek Umarov held a meeting with the founder of the Telegram messenger Pavel Durov.
It was a great honor to receive Telegram founder Pavel Durov in Uzbekistan, Umarov wrote in his Telegram channel.
“It is extremely pleasant to see from personal experience that all of them are not only professionals of the highest level, but also wonderful people with souls open to the world,” added Otabek Umarov.
He expressed hope that the impressions that Durov received from visiting Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara, as well as communication with local users of his messenger, would inspire the Telegram founder to new technological solutions.
Umarov expressed confidence that the wait for this will not be long.
In Uzbekistan, Telegram is “more than the number one messenger,” he added.
