Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Astana Hub, IT Park Uzbekistan and Eurasia Growth Hub have agreed to expand opportunities for technology companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan seeking to enter international markets.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed during the international technology forum AI & Digital Bridge 2026. The document was signed by Astana Hub CEO Magzhan Madiyev, IT Park Uzbekistan CEO Azamat Karamatov and Eurasia Growth Hub CEO Muzaffar Karabayev.

As part of the partnership, the parties intend to hold joint technology forums, webinars, business missions and B2B meetings, as well as strengthen cooperation between the startup ecosystems of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

One of the key areas will be helping companies establish contacts with foreign customers, strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, investors and accelerators.

Particular attention will be given to helping Kazakh and Uzbek startups enter the UK and other international markets with the support of Eurasia Growth Hub. The partners will also explore the creation of soft-landing mechanisms, including assistance with researching foreign markets, business development and addressing operational issues.

“Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have strong technology teams and talented entrepreneurs. Together with IT Park Uzbekistan, we want to help them enter international markets, find customers and partners and develop their products. By combining the capabilities of the two ecosystems and our international partners, we are creating conditions for more companies from the region to scale beyond their domestic markets,” said Magzhan Madiyev.

According to Azamat Karamatov, the partnership should provide technology companies from the two countries with new opportunities to find customers and partners and attract investment. He also highlighted the potential for joint initiatives in artificial intelligence and research and development that could contribute to creating products for the global market.

Muzaffar Karabayev said Eurasia Growth Hub would help startups adapt their solutions to the requirements of foreign markets and establish the necessary business connections. Through the hub, teams will be able to receive practical support and move from market research to negotiations with potential customers and partners, he said.

The memorandum also provides for joint initiatives in artificial intelligence and research and development. The parties intend to exchange knowledge, implement pilot projects and mentoring programmes, and develop cooperation between technology companies and research and educational organisations.

AI & Digital Bridge 2026 was held as part of Kazakhstan’s Year of Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence. The forum was the central international event of AI MONTH, a month-long series of initiatives covering artificial intelligence, digital technologies, entrepreneurship and human capital development.
