New Deputy ITC Minister appointed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov appointed new deputy minister for development of information technologies and communication of Uzbekistan.

According to the press service of the Ministry for development of information technologies and communication of Uzbekistan, Bahromjon Olmatov was appointed as Deputy Minister for development of information technologies and communication of Uzbekistan.

Prior to appointment, Olmatov worked as Deputy Chairperson on introduction of ICT and information security of the State Committee of Uzbekistan on Statistics.
