New cases of coronavirus detected in all regions of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Over the past day, 162 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health said.

New cases of the disease were recorded in all regions of Uzbekistan, including in Tashkent (89), Tashkent (20), Samarkand (10), Surkhandarya (2), Jizzakh (4), Bukhara (7), Khorezm (6), Namangan (10), Fergana (7), Andijan (1), Kashkadarya (1), Navoi (1) and Syrdarya regions (1), as well as in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (5).

It was noted that COVID-19 was detected mainly in those who were in contact with the sick.
