Veolia Announces Tashkent Hot Water Shutdown Schedule

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Veolia Energy Tashkent has published a schedule for planned five-day hot water shutdowns in Tashkent. The interruptions are scheduled from 14 September to 16 October and will be carried out in stages depending on the heating supply zone.

The first stage will run from 14 to 18 September. During this period, maintenance work will affect consumers connected to Heating Centers No. 2 and No. 7 and the Tashkent Thermal Power Plant.

In Mirzo-Ulugbek district, hot water will be temporarily shut off in the mahallas of Avaykhon, Yangi Avaykhon, Minglola, Alisher Navoi, Yangi Uzbekistan, Shukura Burkhanova, Gulsanam, Sultoniya, Chimeon, Shurtepa, Bahor, Katta Yalangach Ota, Shalola, Kamolot, Yangi Kamolot and Feruza.

In Yashnabad district, the list includes the mahallas of Urtamasjid, Uysоzlar, Khosiyatli, Barkamol, Besharik, Asalobod, Fazogir, Aviasozlar, Yashnabad, Tarnovboshi, Yanginur, Donishmand, Iltifot, Parvoz, Dilbog, Birlashgan, Navruzobod, Qadriyat, Alimkent, Makhmur, Tong, Vatandosh, Al-Bukhari, Mohinur, Tuzel, Amir Temur, Chulpon and Tuytepa.

In Yakkasaray district, the work will affect the mahallas of Armugon, Kushbegi, Boshliq, Dilbulok, Muhandislar, Yakkasaray, Tukimachi, Meros, Rakat, Shohjahon, Belarik, Rakatboshi, Tepa, Constitution, Yunus Rajabi, Bogsaroy and Hamid Sulaymonov.

In Mirabad district, the schedule includes the mahallas of Mirabad, Yangi Mirabad, Baynalminal, Salar, Abdulla Avloni, Lolazor, Movarounnahr, Ming Urik, Farovon, At-Termizi, Afrosiyob and Sharaf Rashidov.

In Chilanzar district, the shutdowns will affect Katta Dombirabad, Gavhar, Dombirabad, Katta Chilanzar-1, 2 and 3, Novza, Chilanzar, Charkh Kamolon-2 and 3, Kurkam, as well as parts of Lutfiy, Botirma and Zarkurgan.

The restrictions will also affect the mahallas of Katta Oktepa, Olim Khodjayev and Charkhnovza in Shaykhantahur district, as well as Uchuvchilar and Oltinvodiy in Sergeli district.

From 21 to 25 September, preventive maintenance will be carried out at Heating Centers No. 1 and No. 3. In Mirzo-Ulugbek district, the list includes Buz, Lashkarbegi, Bogimaydon, Darkhan, Habib Abdullaev, Turon, Navnihоl, Alpomish, Shahriobod, Yangi Almachi, Akkurgan, Mustaqillik, Buyuk Ipak Yuli, Podshobog, Elobod, Hamid Alimjan, Mirzakalon Ismoiliy, Sayram, Oliyhimmat, Olimlar and Oydin.

In Yashnabad district, shutdowns are planned in the mahallas of Boykurgan, Semurg, Mashinasozlar, Istiqlol and Dustabad. In Yunusabad district, they will affect Obod and Posira.

The most extensive list for this period is in Shaykhantahur district: Sarkhumdon, Gulabad, Obinazir, Bogkucha, Ilgor, Zafarabad, Buston, Tinchlik, Chorsu, Karatash, Chakar, Yangi Kamolon, Kamolon Darvoza, Kamolon, Hadra, Gulbozor, Urda and Shaykhantahur.

In Almazar district, the schedule includes Chustiy, Kuyosh, Orzu, Allon, Ziyo and Bustonobod, as well as parts of Istiqbol and Universitet. In Chilanzar district, the affected areas will include Beshagach and Katta Almazar.

The next stage is scheduled for 28 September to 2 October. Work at Heating Center No. 4 will affect a number of mahallas in Yunusabad, Almazar and Shaykhantahur districts.

In Yunusabad, the list includes Turkiston, Kushchinor, Gayratiy, Khusniobod, Adolat, Billur, Astrobod, Sobirobod, Uch Kahramon, Nurmakon, Mingchinor, Bogishamol, Bogieram, Khalkabog, Muruvvat, Ahmad Danish, Uzbekistan Mustaqilligi, Yunus Ota, Yangibog, Ahilobod, Sevinch, Yurtobod, Uvaysiy, Shoshtepa, Mehnatabad, Begubor, Kadrdon, Akbarobod, Yunusabad, Shahristan, Otchopar-1, Minor, Iftikhor, Usta-Shirin, Khiyobontepa, Bozsu, Yangitarnov, Shaykh-Shivli, Mirzo-Ulugbek, Matonat, Buyuk Turon and Kashgar.

In Almazar district, shutdowns during this period are planned in Sebzar, Yangi Sebzor, Yukori Sebzor, Chiltugon, Khonchorbog, Miskin, Taraqqiyot, Karasay, Guruch Arik, Kichkirik, Gani Azamov, Zamondosh, Chimbay, Oltinsoy, Islomota, Gulsaroy, Chukursay, Yangi Tashkent, Shodiyona, Ziyokor, Mirzo Golib, Tabassum, Tepaguzar, Galaba, Umid, Shon-shuhrat, Mustaqillik, Yoshlik, Chamanbog, Olimpiya, Jiydali, Beruni, Hislat, Shifokorlar, Chigatoy Oktepa, Beltepa, Yangi Beltepa, Shodlik, Ibn Sino, Katta Jarariq and Yangi Jarariq.

The shutdown will be partial in the Istiqbol and Universitet mahallas. In Shaykhantahur district, the work will affect Jangoh, Kukh Ota and Labzak.

From 5 to 9 October, preventive maintenance will be carried out at Heating Centers No. 6 and No. 8, as well as at the Vodnik and Sanoatenergo facilities.

During this period, shutdowns will affect a number of mahallas in Mirabad, Yashnabad, Sergeli, Yangi-Khayot and Bektemir districts.

In Mirabad district, these include Barathuja, Parvona, Chinor, Yuksalish, Yangi Kuylyuk, Tolarik, Ziyonur, Bilimdon, Fayzabad, Sarykul, Karasu, Altynkul, Furkat and Abdurauf Fitrat.

In Yashnabad district, the schedule will include Katta Kuylyuk and Mumtoz, as well as a number of mahallas already included in the previous stage, including Urtamasjid, Uysozlar, Khosiyatli, Barkamol, Besharik, Asalobod, Fazogir, Aviasozlar, Yashnabad, Tarnovboshi, Yanginur, Donishmand, Iltifot, Parvoz, Dilbog, Birlashgan, Navruzobod, Qadriyat, Alimkent, Makhmur, Tong, Vatandosh, Al-Bukhari, Mohinur, Tuzel and Amir Temur.

In Sergeli, the list includes Ozgarish, Habibiy, Mehrigiyo, Madadkor, Ziinat, Yangi Sergeli, Sohibkor, Sofdil, Nilufar, Ittifoq, Nurhayot, Sahovat, Kipchak, Khalkabad, Madaniyat, Birdamlik, Shukrona, Kushkurgan, Quruvchilar and Farogatli.

In Yangi-Khayot district, the affected mahallas will include Mashal, Navkiron, Al-Farghani, Vikor, Yuldosh, Chorbоg, Zarbdor, Dustlik, Charogon, Yorqinhayot and Khushnud.

In Bektemir district, the list includes Zilola, Rohat, Mirishkor and Iqbol.

The final stage of the schedule will run from 12 to 16 October at Heating Center No. 5. The shutdowns will affect mahallas in Chilanzar and Uchtepa districts.

In Chilanzar, the list includes Al-Khwarizmi, Bek Tupi, Gulistan, Bahoristan, Sharaf, Sharq, Sharq Tongi, Khayrabad, Yakkatут, Khirmontepa, Katta Khirmontepa, Kichik Khirmontepa, Shukhrat, Mehrjon, Mevazor, Burijar, Fidokor, Katta Navbahor, Navbahor, Kutarma, Katartal, Chuponota, Nafosat, Diyor, Khalklar Dustligi, Dilabad, Beshchinor and Yakkabog. Shutdowns will be partial in the Botirma, Zarkurgan and Lutfiy mahallas.

In Uchtepa district, temporary restrictions will affect the mahallas of Guzar, Kurgantepa, Khuroson, Zargarlik, Kukhna Chopon-Ota, Bogiston, Bogobod, Birlik, Nayman, Farhod, Tinchlikobod, Vatan, Vatanparvar, Hamdust, Nurobod, Shirin, Diyor, Alikhon Tura Saguniy, Diyorobod, Yangi Yol, Foziltepa, Zulfizor, Khurshid, Kurkamobod and Kuyi Darkhan.

Veolia Energy Tashkent separately warned of possible temporary interruptions in hot water supplies in certain areas where repair work is being carried out at local boiler houses.
