Nematov released from post of Ambassador-at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov with his resolution released Ilhamjon Nematov from the post of the Ambassador-at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the decision was adopted in connection with retirement of the diplomat. The date of the resolution was not announced.

Ilhamjon Nematov was appointed as the Ambassador-at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan in August 2013. Prior to appointment, he worked as Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United States.
