My.gov.uz launches new service to protect consumers’ right

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Single state interactive services portal (my.gov.uz) started to accept applications on violation of consumer rights.

The portal launched a new service “Acceptance of applications on violation of consumer rights”, with help of which the consumers can inform the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and competition on violation of their consumers’ rights.

Submitted complaints will be considered in set terms and corresponding measures will be adopted to eliminate revealed violations, the portal said in a statement.

The service is aimed at improving quality of services and goods offered on the local market, and taking necessary legal sanctions against violators of consumers’ rights.
