Mercedes Benz bus caught fire in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - A Mercedes Benz bus of route 47 caught fire in Tashkent on 14 December at 15:21.

The incident took place in Sergeli district of Tashkent, in the Dustlik-1 district.

According to Toshshahartranskhizmat, the 2012 bus has covered 740 670 km since the start of operation, and after the last maintenance - 6901 km. 

The company notes that according to preliminary information, the fire occurred due to a short circuit of light electrical wires in the bus.

Toshshahartranskhizmat emphasizes that specialists carry out an official check to find out the causes of the fire.
