Islam Karimov congratulates President of Albania

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Albania Bamir Topi on the national holiday of that country – Independence Day.
