Ipak Yuli Bank to Issue 100 Billion Soums in Bonds
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ipak Yuli Bank has registered its sixth bond issue with a total volume of 100 billion soums. The state registration of the issue took place on 20 July 2026.
As part of the issue, the bank will place 100,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1 million soums each. The total emission volume will amount to 100 billion soums.
The bonds will be offered through an open subscription. The coupon yield is set at 20% per annum, with a maturity period of 730 days.
The issue is registered under number P0024-6.
According to published information, trading of the bonds is expected to begin on 6 August 2026, on the 15th day following the disclosure of the issue details.
