Invest Realty LLC opens plant on production of ceramic tiles

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Invest Realty LLC (Russia) completed construction of the plant on production of ceramic tiles in Samarkand region of Uzbekistan with the cost of US$17 million.

The capacity of the plant makes up 2.75 million square meters of ceramic tiles a year.

The production capacities were placed at Samarkandvostroyindustriya, which was purchased by the Russian firm for US$1.5 million in 2008. It created a joint venture Prime Ceramics to implement the project.

The project was financed due to loan of Landesbank Berlin AG in the size of US$13 million and direct investments of Invest Realty LLC for US$4 million.
