Navoiyazot Signs Trilateral Air Separation Project Deal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Navoiyazot signed a trilateral agreement with Linde Holdings Netherlands No. 3 B.V. and Sinoma Energy Conservation International Investment Co., Ltd. during the Tashkent International Investment Forum.

The document concerns the implementation of an investment project to construct an air separation unit at the enterprise site.

The project is being implemented in accordance with presidential decrees No. PP–459 of 28 December 2022 and No. PP–63 of 7 February 2024. Under these documents, the construction of the unit is planned directly on the production site of Navoiyazot.

The implementation of the agreement will ensure a stable supply of nitrogen and oxygen for both existing production facilities and planned joint ventures.

Following the project’s completion, an expansion of the overall production capacity of Navoiyazot is also expected.

The signing ceremony was attended by deputy chairpersons of the boards of Uzkhimyosanoat and Navoiyazot, representatives of Sinoma Energy Conservation International Investment, and a cluster manager from Linde Holdings Netherlands No. 3 B.V., along with company specialists.

The Tashkent International Investment Forum is held to present Uzbekistan’s investment potential internationally, attract foreign capital, and promote prospective projects across key sectors of the economy.
