InFinBank decided to pay dividends for 2Q, 3Q

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Invest Finance Bank (InFinBank) private open joint stock commercial bank adopted decision on direction of part of its net income in the amount of 1.5 billion soums to the dividend payment fund.

The bank said the shareholders decided to transfer the issue on profit distribution in the size of 387.2 million soums as of 1 October 2009 to the next shareholders meeting.

InFinBank said it will pay interim dividends for 125 soums per each ordinary share for the second quarter of 2009. With separate decision, the bank decided to pay interim dividends for 125 soums per each ordinary share for third quarter of 209.
