Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In Surkhandarya region, four people fell from the attraction along with the seats. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for Industrial Safety.
The incident occurred in the Bolajon cultural and recreation park in Termez.
While the ride was moving, the cable broke, and four people, along with their seats, fell to the ground.
Among the victims are two residents of Termez - 15-year-old Sh. S. and 27-year-old Z. O., as well as two citizens of Kazakhstan - 29-year-old O. K. and 11-year-old daughter A. B.
All victims were hospitalized with various injuries to the Surkhandarya branch of the Republican Research Center for Emergency Medicine.
The Industrial Safety Committee noted that this attraction had not passed pre-season tests and had not received permission to operate.
An investigation is underway by the Investigation Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Termez.
