Four investment projects launched in New Namangan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The implementation of four new investment projects has begun in New Namangan as part of the second phase of development for the satellite city. The Hokim of Namangan Region, Shavkat Abdurazzakov, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony.

The LANG APEX company has commenced construction of a private educational complex, which will include a general education school for 840 students and a preschool facility for 120 children. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

The DOWNTOWN BUILDING company began erecting nine 12-story residential buildings on a 2.2-hectare site. The project provides for the construction of 1,019 apartments.

Another residential complex, ZIYO AVENUE, includes eight 12-story buildings with commercial premises on the ground floors. The complex features 704 apartments and 112 non-residential premises.

Construction also started on a seven-story building for the University of Business and Science, which will be located on a 1.3-hectare territory.

During his visit to the construction sites, Shavkat Abdurazzakov familiarized himself with the implementation of the projects and took part in the groundbreaking ceremony.

Members of the older generation wished for the successful implementation of the initiatives and blessed the start of construction.
