The document envisages of cooperation between the sides in providing quality state services to population and businesses, as well as improving efficiency of the activities of the state bodies.
According to the memorandum, the sides will carry out cooperation in developing and realizing joint projects, directed at providing information to applicants on status of applications via SMS-notifications.
Besides, the sides will create and improve system of Mobile ID, as well as develop and introduce Mobile electronic digital signature.
