Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — IT Park Uzbekistan and Telecontact discussed further business development in Uzbekistan, regional expansion, job creation and increasing export potential during ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026.
IT Park Uzbekistan Director General Azamat Karamatov met with Telecontact founder Viktor Volsky. The sides discussed strategic areas for the company’s development in Uzbekistan and prospects for further scaling its operations.
Telecontact specializes in contact centre services, customer support and service projects for international clients. The company currently operates in Tashkent, Samarkand and Ferghana, employing more than 400 people across the three regions.
Namangan Region could become the company’s next expansion destination, with Telecontact considering the opening of a new regional office there.
As part of its further expansion, the company plans to create more than 1,000 new jobs.
The expansion is expected to be driven by the development of the regional network, recruitment of local specialists and an increase in the volume of projects delivered from Uzbekistan for international clients.
The participants also discussed projects related to the processing and use of personal data.
In particular, they considered opportunities to implement such projects in Uzbekistan in accordance with legal requirements and applicable regulations governing the protection and processing of personal data.
Particular attention was paid to the Enterprise Uzbekistan mechanism. Telecontact expressed interest in its opportunities and business incentives. The sides discussed the potential benefits of participating in the mechanism and its possible application to further expand the company’s operations in Uzbekistan.
Following the meeting, IT Park Uzbekistan and Telecontact agreed to continue cooperation on business development and expansion, joint initiatives and the use of available tools to scale the company’s operations.
