Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A meeting has been held at Uzbekistan's Ministry of Digital Technologies with Alexis Rehault, Central Asia general director of Bouygues Bâtiment International, the ministry said.
The two sides discussed prospects for cooperation in digital infrastructure and the development of data centres.
Representatives of the French company were briefed on the conditions created in Uzbekistan for foreign investors, investment opportunities and existing incentives.
During the meeting, the two sides examined the prospects for implementing investment projects in data centres and digital infrastructure. A preliminary exchange of views was also held on technical and organisational issues relating to potential projects.
Following the meeting, the two sides agreed to maintain a constant working dialogue to jointly advance promising projects and further develop cooperation.
