Davis Cup: Uzbekistan outplays China in doubles rubber

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan national tennis team clinched a 2-1 lead in the match against China within the second round of the of the Group I Asia/Oceania Zone of Davis Cup.

In the doubles match Denis Istomin and Farrukh Dustov paired to defeat Chinese pair Mao-Xin Gong and Zhe Li in four sets 6:4, 3:6, 6:3, 6:4.

In the result, Uzbekistan currently leads with the score 2-1. Uzbekistan will need to win one match to advance next round.
