Davis Cup: Istomin wins, Dustov loses

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The first day of the second round of the Group I Asia/Oceania Zone of Davis Cup tie between Uzbekistan and South Korea ended in Tashkent. The score is 1-1.

Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin defeated Seong Chan Hong in straight sets with the score 6:2, 6:2 and 6:3.

Farrukh Dustov, Uzbekistan number two, lost to Hyeon Chung in the four sets with the score 7:6, 4:6, 3:6 and 6:7

On Saturday, Istomin and Dustov will play against Ji Sung Nam and Min-Kyu Song in the double’s matches.
