An infectious diseases hospital built jointly with Uzbekistan was put into operation in Batken region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An infectious diseases hospital with 200 beds was commissioned in Batken region of Kyrgyzstan. The hospital was built jointly with Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.
According to the ministry, Uzbekistan financed the construction and equipment of a medical facility.
The Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alimkadir Beishenaliev thanked Uzbekistan for its assistance in the construction and equipping of the hospital, as well as the humanitarian aid provided.
