Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Republican Center for Seismic Forecasting Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that an earthquake occurred on the territory of Uzbekistan on 19 April 2024 at 05:15 local time.

Epicenter was in Mirishkor district of Kashkadarya region. Earthquake coordinates: 38.76 degrees north latitude; 65.09 degrees east longitude.

Magnitude M=3. Depth 15 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 448 km in a southwestern direction.
