Tashkent Ring Road Traffic Restricted for 40 Days

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Traffic on a section of Tashkent’s Small Ring Road in the Yakkasaray district will be temporarily restricted from 00:00 on 25 July due to replacement of a main heating pipeline, the district administration said.

The work will be carried out by Veolia Energy Tashkent LLC. Over a period of 40 days, the company will replace a 530 mm diameter main heating pipeline with a total length of 1,540 metres.

During the construction period, vehicle traffic will be partially restricted on two lanes of the specified section of the Small Ring Road.

The district administration urged drivers to plan their routes in advance and use alternative detours where possible.
