Mirziyoyev Arrives in Qatar to Offer Condolences

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Doha on 14 July to offer condolences following the death of former Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

At Hamad International Airport, the Uzbek president was welcomed by Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and other officials.

During the visit, Mirziyoyev is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
