Agrobank issues shares for 19.9 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank (Uzbekistan) registered new emission of shares for total sum of 19.9 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, Agrobank will emit 19.9 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed on close subscription among shareholders. All shares of the emission will be purchased by Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

The document said the bank earlier issued shares for 80.1 billion soums, of which 79.6 million ordinary shares and 500,000 preferential stocks.
