A meeting with a delegation of investors from Saudi Arabia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 7 February, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov met with a delegation of ACWA Power, represented by Chairman of the Board Muhammad Abdullah Abu Nayan.

During the meeting, the course of the implementation of the investment project for the construction of a thermal power plant was discussed.

Following the meeting, a format for further cooperation was identified for accelerated progress in the framework of the initiatives discussed.

ACWA Power is a developer and investor, one of the leading companies in the world in the construction of energy facilities with a portfolio of more than 22 GW of installed capacity for generating electricity and a desalination plant with a total capacity of more than 2.5 million m3 a day .
