Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A new batch of 42 modern YUTONG buses has been delivered to the city of Navoi.

The delivery is part of the implementation of Presidential Decree No. PP-59, dated 16 February 2023, which aims to improve the quality of public transportation services for the population.

In the first phase, 18 China-made buses were launched in April this year, serving routes such as “Navoi Bus Terminal – Regional Road Administration” and “Tinchlik – Malika Bus Station.” These services operate under a gross contract model.

As part of the recently completed second phase, an additional 42 YUTONG buses have arrived in the Navoi region. The new vehicles will be deployed on routes covering both the central part of the Karmana district and the main streets of Navoi city.
