Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The next “Professional Education Hour” was organized for employees of the central office of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Agriculture at Tashkent State Agrarian University on 18 September, the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan said.
Shamshod Ergashev, head of the Agriculture Minister’s Secretariat, delivered a lecture titled “New Emerging International Markets: The Examples of Serbia and Malaysia.”
The lecture provided information on the specific features of the Serbian and Malaysian markets, the development of cooperation with these countries in agriculture and opportunities to expand exports of local products.
Particular attention was paid to studying demand in international markets, adapting products to the requirements of foreign markets, establishing new partnerships and expanding the geographical reach of Uzbek agricultural exports.
The lecture also highlighted the role of international cooperation in entering new markets, effectively using export potential and developing foreign economic relations.
At the end of the event, letters of appreciation were presented to employees who assisted in organizing sports competitions held to mark the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The organization of sports competitions is noted as contributing to strengthening team cohesion, promoting a healthy lifestyle among employees and fostering an active team environment.
