Vestibule of "Khalklar Dustligi" metro station reopened

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — On 4 September, the vestibule of the "Khalklar Dustligi" (Friendship of Peoples) metro station in the direction of Tashkent City was reopened, the press service of the Tashkent metro announced.

Previously, on 10 February, the vestibule had been closed for the replacement of old escalators with modern ones.

Metro representatives noted that the replacement of outdated escalators will continue at the "Novza" station.

Starting from 5 September, part of the second vestibule at the station will be closed indefinitely until all necessary work is completed.
