Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's women's U-20 national team won the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) Championship. The team, coached by Victoria Sirota, collected seven points from three matches.

At the start of the tournament, Uzbekistan defeated Kyrgyzstan 1-0. In the second round, the team drew 1-1 with Iran.

In their final match, Uzbekistan defeated hosts Tajikistan 7-0.

The Uzbek team therefore finished the three-match tournament with seven points and won the CAFA championship title.
