ST. Wonderful Plans US$550 Million Investment in New Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khodjaev discussed further investment cooperation in urban development and modern infrastructure with ST. Wonderful founder Tian Shu Chun.

ST. Wonderful is already implementing several major projects in Tashkent, including the High Town City and Wonderful City residential complexes, as well as High Town Mall, which opened in March 2026.

The meeting focused in particular on the company's projects in New Tashkent. ST. Wonderful plans to invest about US$500 million in the development of China Town and US$50 million in the construction of the Beijing Plaza hotel. Total investment in the two projects is estimated at about US$550 million.

Jamshid Khodjaev confirmed the government's readiness to provide the investor with the necessary support at all stages of project implementation.

The deputy prime minister noted the potential for further expanding cooperation with ST. Wonderful and implementing new investment projects in Uzbekistan.
