Uztransgaz names winners of tender among CDM-investors

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uztransgaz announced the winners of the competition on selection of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) investors for realization of three projects on decreasing gas escape at the gas-distributing networks in six regions of Uzbekistan.

Great Britain’s Climate Change Capital won the project “Decreasing gas escape at the low and mid-pressure gas-distributing networks in Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions”.

EDF Trading LTD (France) will realize the project “Decreasing gas escape at the low and mid-pressure gas-distributing networks in Bukhara and Navoi regions”.

Masdar of the UAE was announced as the winner of the project “Decreasing gas escape at the low and mid-pressure gas-distributing networks in Khorezm and Karakalpakstan”.
