Uzmobile starts testing 5G in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbektelecom, a Uzbektelecom subsidiary, began testing 5G in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the company.

“Based on the widespread multi-mode radio module of the base station, testing showed a data transfer rate of up to 1 Gbit/s for each user, which fully meets the requirements for increasing data transmission capacity during the smooth evolution of 4G networks,” the operator noted.
