Uzmarkazimpex to place shares for 14.83bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Joint stock company Uzmarkazimpex registered a prospectus of emission of the shares for total sum of about 14.83 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered the prospectus of the emission of securities of the foreign trade company.

According to the prospectus of emission, Uzmarkazimpex will place 108,944,356 ordinary shares with nominal value of 136.1 soums each. Total sum of the issue will be 14.83 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription.
