Uzbekneftegaz: Natural gas was obtained from the abandoned well in Kashkadarya

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In Mubarek oil and gas production department, natural gas was produced from the No. 35th well of the North Mubarek gas condensate field until 1995, after fulfilling its geological task, it was transferred to the well stock.

Overhaul specialists drilled the sidetrack to 2202 meters.

As a result of the work, an industrial flow was obtained with a preliminary flow rate of 100 thousand cubic meters of natural gas and 1.5 tons of gas condensate a day.

Currently, work is underway to equip the well and connect to the gas manifold.
