Uzbek Foreign Minister Arrives in India for Official Visit
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov arrived in India on 2 August for an official visit running through 5 August, according to the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
During the visit, the Uzbek foreign minister will meet with President of India Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan presidential residence and hold talks with Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the Indian ministry said.
Saidov will also participate in a business forum held in New Delhi.
The visit is expected to focus primarily on the further development of Uzbek-Indian cooperation in the political, trade, economic, and investment spheres.
