Uzbekistan’s GDP reaches 118.987 trillion soums in 2013

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of gross domestic product of Uzbekistan reached 118.987 trillion soums at current prices in 2013, which grew by 8% year-on-year, according to preliminary data, posted by the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

The committee said that in the structure of GDP by forms of ownership the share of the non-state sector was 82.8% and that of the state sector – 17.2%.

Share of goods production in structure of the GDP made 39% in January-December 2013 (39.8% in January-December 2012) and service production – 53% (52%).

Net taxes on products and export-import operations made up 8% in the GDP structure in January-December 2013 (8.2% in 2012).
