Uzbekistan, Yutong Discuss Green Transport Development

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 14 to 17 April, a forum was held in Zhengzhou, China, with the participation of partners of YUTONG BUS CO., LTD., dedicated to the latest developments in bus manufacturing, intelligent transport solutions, and the advancement of environmentally friendly public transport.

A delegation from the management of JSC “Toshshahartransxizmat” took part in the event and held talks on key areas of cooperation and transport sector development.

The sides discussed the expansion of mutually beneficial partnership between JSC “Toshshahartransxizmat” and YUTONG BUS CO., LTD., improvement of maintenance services for the existing bus fleet, ensuring stable supplies of spare parts, as well as the introduction of modern digital and smart city transport management systems.

Special attention was given to the development of environmentally friendly public transport. It was noted that electric and low-emission buses help reduce harmful emissions, decrease urban noise levels, increase passenger comfort, and ensure higher energy efficiency in transportation.

The introduction of such technologies is seen as an important step toward building a green transport system in the capital.

JSC “Toshshahartransxizmat” will continue efforts to expand international cooperation, implement innovations, and improve the quality of transport services for the population.
