Uzbekistan U-16 to hold training camp in UAE

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan U-16, coached by Timur Alimkhodjaev, will leave for the UAE on 19 April 2014 to participate in the training camp, the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Uzbekistan U-16 will hold two friendly matches against the UAE U-16. The first match will be held on 22 April and the second – on 24 April.

Uzbekistan team will play in the AFC U-16 Championship, which will be held in Thailand from 6 to 20 September 2014. Uzbekistan will play against Kuwait, Nepal and North Korea in Group C.
