Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan to hold political consultations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan will hold political consultations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said in a statement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said this is the first round of political consultations between two states.

It added that the consultations will be held in Ashgabat on 16 August 2012 at the level of deputy foreign ministers of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
