Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan: expanding cooperation in the textile industry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – On 22-23 November, the 15th meeting of the Joint Uzbek-Turkmen Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation was held.

During the event, representatives of the Uztekstilprom Association held fruitful negotiations with Turkmen partners to establish cooperation, in particular, during a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, issues of increasing the export of finished textile products were discussed.

The parties exchanged views and expressed interest in making mutual visits, both in the framework of international events, and with visits to industry enterprises in both countries.
