Uzbekistan Ranks 123rd in Global Passport Index

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan has ranked 123rd among 199 countries and territories in the Global Passport Index, which was prepared by the company Global Citizen Solutions.

The index evaluates passports based on several criteria, including opportunities for visa-free travel, the investment attractiveness of the country, and the quality of life.

In the overall ranking, Uzbekistan is positioned between Morocco and Namibia.

Among Central Asian nations, Kazakhstan achieved the highest position, placing 109th. Kyrgyzstan ranked 127th, Tajikistan took 140th place, and Turkmenistan ranked 144th.

Sweden, Switzerland, and Finland led the global ranking. The final places on the list were occupied by the Holy See, North Korea, and Afghanistan.
