Uzbekistan increases gold exports by 2.3 times in January-October

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In January-October 2023, Uzbekistan increased gold exports by 2.3 times compared to the same period in 2022, according to data from the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan.

The volume of gold exports increased from US$2.97 billion in January-October 2022 to US$6.87 billion in the same period in 2023.

At the same time, the share of gold in Uzbekistan’s total exports increased from 18.7% in January-October 2022 to 33.6% in January-October 2023.
