Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Foreign Investors Council under the President of Uzbekistan and the European-Uzbek Association for Economic Cooperation (EUROUZ) have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening business ties with European companies and attracting investment to Uzbekistan.
The agreement provides for closer cooperation between government agencies and the business community, as well as support for European companies interested in entering the Uzbek market.
Under the memorandum, the two organisations plan to jointly organise business events and visits by business delegations, facilitate the exchange of market information and expertise, and expand opportunities for European companies to engage with Uzbek partners.
The agreement is expected to provide a foundation for a long-term partnership between the organisations and contribute to the further development of economic ties between Uzbekistan and European countries.
