Uzbekistan Auto Sales Reach 91,000 Units in Q1 2026
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A total of 91,088 vehicles were sold in Uzbekistan in January–March 2026, according to data from Uzavtosanoat JSC.
UzAuto Motors remains the largest market player, selling 45,881 vehicles. The company holds a 50.4 percent market share, confirming its leading position in the national automotive sector.
Khorezm Auto ranks second with 26,348 vehicles sold, accounting for 28.9 percent of the market. ADM Jizzakh follows in third place with 10,886 units and a 12.0 percent share.
Among other market participants, BYD Uzbekistan Factory sold 7,799 vehicles, capturing 8.6 percent of the market. Asaka Motors sold 96 units, while SamAuto recorded 78 units, each accounting for 0.1 percent.
By brand, Chevrolet remains the market leader with 72,229 vehicles sold during the reporting period. It is followed by BYD with 7,799 units and KIA with 6,684 units. Other notable brands include Haval with 2,181 vehicles, Chery with 2,021, Hyundai with 96, and Isuzu with 78.
Among models, Chevrolet Cobalt led demand with 23,993 units sold. It was followed by Chevrolet Damas with 18,808 and Chevrolet Tracker with 11,102 units.
Other popular models included Chevrolet Onix with 10,396 units, Chevrolet Labo with 7,540, KIA Sonet with 5,596, BYD Song Plus Champion DM-i with 2,838, BYD Yuan Up with 2,099, BYD Chazor with 1,716, and Haval M6 with 986 units.
