Uzbek leader approves agreement with China

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov approved an agreement between governments of Uzbekistan and China on mutual provision of buildings and lands for stationing of the embassies.

Uzbek leader Islam Karimov signed a resolution “On approval of international agreement” on 10 February 2015 to approve the agreement.

The agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of China on mutual provision of buildings and lands for stationing of the embassies was signed in Beijing on 19 August 2014.

The document was signed within the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov to China.

Islam Karimov entrusted Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to notify the Chinese side that Uzbekistan carried out all internal procedures, which are necessary to enforce the agreement.
