Uzbek, Israeli officials discuss bilateral ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Uzbekistan Carmela Shamir has been received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 18 September 2013.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the sides discussed practical issues of the Uzbek-Israeli relations.

The sides also considered separate issues of trade-economic and investment cooperation. The sides expressed interest in implementation joint projects with attraction of advanced Israeli technologies in agriculture, water saving, energy and other sectors.
