Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Staff members of Uzbekistan’s Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement took part in international seminars and practical sessions on artificial intelligence, digital technologies and innovative solutions in Wuhan and Shanghai, the agency said.
As part of the programme, participants studied international experience in applying artificial intelligence in public administration and the provision of public services.
Particular attention was paid to digital transformation, the use of modern technologies in public procurement, data processing and analysis, as well as new approaches to management.
The programme also included presentations and discussions on China’s economic and industrial development, regional governance, creating a favourable business environment, international cooperation and modern public administration methods.
According to the agency, participation in the seminars will allow its staff to expand their knowledge and practical skills in artificial intelligence and digital technologies, as well as study international approaches to implementing innovative solutions.
The experience gained is expected to be taken into account in developing new approaches to digitalizing processes in public procurement and industrial cooperation.
