Two new microfinance organizations registered in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued licenses to microcredit organization Delta mikrokredit tashkiloti LLC and Forum Kredit mikrokredit tashkiloti.

The Board of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan adopted decision to issue licenses to Delta mikrokredit tashkiloti in line with the article 17 of the Law of Uzbekistan “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and article 9 of the Law “On microcredit organizations”.

The charter capital of Tashkent-based Delta mikrokredit tashkiloti is 30 million soums and the authorized capital of Bukhara-based Forum Kredit mikrokredit tashkiloti is 18 million soums.

The microfinance organizations plan to allocate micro credits and loans, consumer credits to clients, as well as leasing services.
