Asia Alliance Bank to Issue $20 Million in Foreign Currency Bonds
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Supervisory Board of Asia Alliance Bank decided to issue US$20 million in foreign currency bonds on 10 August 2026, Openinfo reported.
The bonds will be placed through a public offering. The annual coupon rate is set at 7%, with a maturity period of three years and a nominal value of US$100 per bond.
Coupon income will be paid on a quarterly basis.
The placement is scheduled to begin on the 15th calendar day following the publication of the state registration notification for the bond issue on Openinfo.
Microfinance organization Agat Credit previously announced plans to issue foreign currency bonds. Its issue volume will total US$10 million, with an annual coupon rate of 11.5% and a two-year maturity period.
